A solid, precision-ground tool holder for your ISO30 spindle. Paired with the versatile ER32 collet system, it gives you a wide clamping range (typically 2-20mm) from a single holder, so you can run everything from small engraving bits through to larger spiral and compression cutters without swapping holders.

Clamping Length
- *L - Total clamp length from collet undone to base of taper
- 42L-50L - Used for standard length and shank bits eg. 8, 10, 12.7mm
- 70L > 100L - for shorter length bits or smaller diameter bits

Adam's tips
- Always match your collet size exactly to your bit's shank diameter — don't rely on a slightly-too-big collet to "grip anyway"
- Keep the ISO30 taper and collet nut clean and free of dust/debris before fitting — grit here is a common cause of runout
- Use two spanners (one to hold the holder, one on the nut) to tighten evenly and avoid cross-threading
- Don't overtighten — snug and secure is enough; excessive force can damage the collet and shorten its life
- Check runout periodically, especially after a knock or drop, as this affects finish quality and tool life
