V bit, also known as V groove router bit are ideal for timbers and some plastics. From 3D lettering, chamfer and groove cutting, these premium bits are able to be used in a CNC router and hand router.

Adam’s Tips
A TCT or Tungsten Carbide Tipped V bit has the advantage of a longer cutting length which will allow for deeper V carves. These tips are not 0 point and you will need to adjust your overall cut depth to account for this.

  • 60° x 6mm x 22mm - 19mm
  • 60° x 6mm x 32mm - 29mm
  • 90° x 6mm x 16mm - 8mm
  • 90° x 6mm x 22mm - 11mm

  • 120° x 6mm x 22mm - 7mm

    Have only used it for a short time on hard wood and pine in cnc machining so far as good as the more expensive bits.
