A properly fitted ATC fork for your ISO30 tool holders, made to grip securely into the retention groove and hold your tool holder steady during pick-up and drop-off — no dropped tools, no missed pickups.
Precision profiled to match the ISO30 groove, so your changer can locate and release holders reliably run after run.
Suitable for
- ISO30 taper tool holders
- CNC routers with automatic tool changers
- Production and prototyping setups running multiple tools per job
Adam's tips
- Check the fork is seated correctly in your changer's carousel/rack before running a job — a loose or misaligned fork is a common cause of a missed tool change
- Keep the fork's contact points clean and free of dust/swarf so the holder seats consistently every time
- Do a slow, single manual tool change after fitting a new fork to confirm smooth pick-up and drop-off before running it unattended
- Inspect the fork periodically for wear at the contact points, especially in dusty environments — wear here shows up as inconsistent tool changes before it becomes a dropped tool
- Match the fork to your holder's exact retention groove size — forks are not universal across ISO30 holder brands/styles
