T-11378 45A max - suitable for 40SD and 45SD
T-11377 65A max - suitable for the 55SD
T-11405 85A max - suitable for the 75SD
T-11840 105A max - suitable for the 100SD
Best for
- Thermacut EX-TRAFIRE 45, 65, 75 and 105 SD torches, and equivalent Hypertherm models
- Fine detail in material up to 4mm with the T-11845 Fine Cut 45A (needs the T-12013 shield)
- Material over 5mm with the T-11378 (45A), T-11377 (65A), T-11405 (85A) or T-11840 (105A)
Not for

- Running above the nozzle's amp rating, which wears the orifice fast
Adam's Tip
Match the nozzle amperage to your cutting current: 45A for the 40SD and 45SD, 65A for the 55SD, 85A for the 75SD and 105A for the 100SD.
