Foam needs a cutter that shears cleanly rather than tearing, and a long cutting length so you can profile thick blanks in one pass. This CARBiTOOL 3 flute polystyrene bit has a 57mm cutting length and a sharp solid carbide edge ground for EPS and XPS foam, surfboard blanks, upholstery foam and packaging foam.
