A 90° chamfer mill does three jobs on a CNC: chamfering and deburring edges, spot drilling before a twist drill, and countersinking for metric screws (which use a 90° head angle). The TiSiN coating and HRC55 rating mean this one is at home in steel, stainless and cast iron as well as softer metals.

Sizes 3mm to 12mm. For aluminium, brass and plastics the uncoated version has a sharper edge and runs cooler.
