Australia's first EVA foam boat decking bit!
Utilizing two geometries of a ball nose and straight bit, the decking bit deliveres a scallop effect and square cut to expose the bottom dark layer. You will need to use a drag knife or seperate bit to cut out the shape.

Note on cutting typical 3+3mm, 6mm overall thickness foam decking. The tip length plus radius equals 5mm which will leave the top layer colour cut with a radius and the bottom layer cut to a depth of 2mm with a straight finish. This leaves a bottom layer with a 1mm skin to cut with a CNC knife or suitable router bit.
