- Shaft size 65mm for 800w or 1.5kw spindle, 80mm for 1.5kw or 2.2kw (typical sizes that you will need to check)
- Brush length 50mm
- Hose port diameter 37.5mm (your vacuum hose needs to have a min 37.5mm inner diameter)

Dust Boot
Bristles are too long so when using smaller length bits the bristles get caught up in the bit. My bristles got caught up, pulled out the lower section bristle holder from the main body and destroyed it. Also, even if it only damaged the bristle section, you can’t buy a replacement. Use only with longer bits.

Found this a perfect fit for my CNC spindle, not bulky like some and the detachable magnetic brush is a great idea. Very happy with it.

Dust Boot
The Dust Boot is a 3D printed unit with a magnetized brush surrounding the bit. For our purposes, the bristles of the brush were a little too long, but we were able to cut them to a more appropriate length without problem. We certainly recommend this product as it has been a valuable addition to our CNC router.
