WINSTAR ENSSF is a dedicated finishing end mill for aluminium with a mirror-like flute surface and an edge ground for light, high speed finishing passes. It is designed to be the last tool on the part, taking a shallow radial cut at full depth to leave a bright, consistent wall and a flat floor.
Dedicated to the processing of non-ferrous metals, aluminium, aluminium alloys, copper (HRC <20). Mirror-like flute surface design with medium to high speed cutting.
Sizes 4mm to 10mm with slightly longer cutting lengths than the standard series. Do the bulk removal with the ENSSR rougher and save this tool for finishing to keep its edge.
