WINSTAR ENSSR is the roughing end mill in the WINSTAR aluminium range. A chip-splitting edge profile and medium-coarse pitch let it take heavy cuts at a high removal rate, while a small edge chamfer strengthens the cutting edge against tip fracture when hogging. It is the fastest way to clear a pocket or profile in aluminium plate before a finishing tool.
Dedicated to the processing of non-ferrous metals, aluminium, aluminium alloys, copper (HRC <20). Suitable for roughing and high efficient remove rate. Chamfering design provides a stronger cutting edge. Middle coarse pitch provides hi performance and avoids tip fracture.
Sizes 6mm to 12mm. Follow with the ENSSH or ENSSF for the finish pass.
