WINSTAR ENSSH is the finishing end mill for aluminium side walls. A 55° helix and mirror-polished flutes shear the material rather than tear it, leaving a surface that often needs no further finishing on visible parts, enclosure faces and machined logos. Three flutes keep the tool stiff while leaving enough chip room for aluminium.
Dedicated to the processing of non-ferrous metals, aluminium, aluminium alloys, copper (HRC <20). A 55° degree Helix offers excellent finished surfaces in high speed side milling. Flute polishing gives a very good cutting surface and high feed rate. ． ．
Sizes 4mm to 10mm. Rough with the ENSSR or ENSSS, leave 0.2 to 0.3mm, then take a full-depth light finishing pass with this tool.
