CNC Plasma Tables Australia

CNC Plasma Tables, Built in Melbourne

Adam's Bits is the tooling and consumables arm of BlueCarve, the Laverton North workshop that designs and builds the BlueCarve Spark CNC plasma table. This page pulls together everything plasma in one place: the table itself, the plasma cutters we pair it with, torch height control, and the consumables you will need to keep it cutting.

BlueCarve Spark CNC plasma table

The Spark is an Australian designed and built CNC plasma table for hobbyists, fabricators and small manufacturers who want to bring sheet metal cutting in-house without paying the price of imported industrial machines. It is assembled and tested in Melbourne before it leaves, and support comes from the people who built it.

  • Four sizes: 1000 x 1000mm, 1500 x 1000mm, 1500 x 1500mm and 1500 x 3000mm rail, with cutting areas from 770 x 770mm up to 1270 x 2770mm.
  • MyPlasm CNC controller with integrated torch height control, floating head and OHMIC sensing, driven from a Windows PC over USB. MiniCad and MyPlasm CNC software included; it works from DXF drawings rather than hand-written G-code.
  • Torch height control with a built-in 1:1, 20:1 and 50:1 voltage divider, so it connects to most plasma cutters with a CNC port.
  • Inductive proximity sensing on X, Y and Z, auto-squaring on power-up and gamepad jogging.
  • 120mm clearance under the torch with the knife bed fitted.

See the BlueCarve Spark CNC Plasma for the full specification and current pricing, or call Adam on 0448 431 833 to talk through sizes and plasma cutter options. Lead time is typically 2 to 4 weeks.

Plasma cutters we pair with the Spark

We supply the Spark with Thermacut EX-TRAFIRE plasma cutters, CNC-ready with a mechanised torch and voltage divider fitted:

  • Thermacut 40SD, single phase, for workshops on a standard 15A circuit.
  • Thermacut 55SD, 75SD and 100SD, three phase, for thicker plate and production duty cycles.

Already own a plasma cutter? UNIMIG Razor Cut 45 and 80, Hypertherm and Thermal Dynamics machines with a CNC port connect through the 14 pin CNC plug, and we fit the IPTM80 machine torch to UNIMIG and other Euro-connector cutters.

Consumables

Consumables are stocked in Melbourne and ship the same or next business day, so a worn electrode does not stop production for a week.

Why buy a CNC plasma table from a Melbourne workshop?

We run Spark tables ourselves, so the parts we sell are the parts we use. When you call, you speak to the person who built the machine, not a reseller reading from a manual. Machines are assembled and tested before pickup or dispatch, and spares, consumables and upgrades are on the shelf in Laverton North.
