WINSTAR ENSSB is the high performance all-rounder in the WINSTAR aluminium range. Its U-shaped flute carries a large chip volume, so it can rough at high feed without packing, and the ground edge is good enough to leave an acceptable finish in the same pass. If you want one 3 flute end mill for aluminium that does most jobs well, this is it.
Dedicated to the processing of non-ferrous metals, aluminium, aluminium alloys, copper (HRC <20). U-flute design with high chips volume space and easy to remove chips. Excellent for high feed rough milling. Also suitable for surface finish in high speed milling.
Sizes 4mm to 10mm. Step up to the ENSSH for a final finishing pass on visible walls.
