Collets

Precision collets, collet chucks and tool holders for CNC spindles and ATC machines, stocked in Melbourne and shipped Australia-wide.

ER spring collets – ultra high precision (0.005mm runout) ER11, ER16, ER20, ER25 and ER32 in metric and imperial sizes.

Tool holders – ISO30 ER32, BT30 ER and HSK63F ER32 chucks, pull studs, ATC forks and a bench mounting fixture.

Trim routers and specialty spindles – Makita RT0700 collets, Perske RDO collets and reducer sleeves for running 1/8" bits in a 1/4" collet.

A worn or low grade collet is the most common cause of chatter and broken bits. If your finish has dropped off, check the collet before the cutter.
